I'd add Family New Year at the Indiana State Museum. They have a balloon drop, jugglers, music, face painting - its so much fun, even for adults.

the list is wonderful and i have tried many with my son who is twelve now and i hope to get many more in with my 2 year old daughter.

I'm amazed at how many of these I've done, mostly before I had children! I am going to have to get a move on doing them with children now!
